Hi,
thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.
The problem here is that the TableTools Extension (or rather the JavaScript code in it, from http://www.datatables.net) is not compatible with the other Extensions that you are already using. The different JS scripts are conflicting, so that the TableTools break.
Unfortunately, I don’t really know how to fix this 🙁 Sorry.
Regards,
Tobias
Thanks for the quick answer. In fact i need tabletools to print the table. Any idea?
Hi,
not really 🙁 It might be possible to make both TableTools and the Row Details script work at the same time, but that would probably require changes in both scripts — which are beyond my skill level of JS. Sorry 🙁
One idea might be to not rely on the browser’s printing functionality at all: Can you maybe create a PDF version of your table (export it to CSV and then make it nice in Excel and save to PDF), and offer that as a downloadable file, which users can then print?
Regards,
Tobias
Ok ! Thanks but i can’t follow your idea because i can have a lot of change in my table and i need a pdf which is related to the table. I don’t want to change the table and after the pdf…
I’ve got also another issue. when i use the colum filter widget i need a specific order in the list and not alphabetic order.
Eventually, I really appreciate your work but i need to find an issue for these two problems. Do you know another plugin which is able to resolved these problems.
Tanks again
Sophie
Hi Sophie,
ok, I see… Unfortunately, I don’t know a solution to that then 🙁 I guess, you’ll have to do custom coding here.
For the ColumnFilterWidgets: As far as I know, the JS code in that does the alphabetic sorting by default. If you need a different order there, you’ll also need to explore ways of changing that with custom coding.
I’m not aware of other plugins that can do this. Sorry 🙁

Tobias
Hi Tobias,
I understand. Last question. I’ve got a problem in the header of the table. the arrow for “Nom de refuge” doesn’t appear. Do you know why?
Thanks
Sophie
Hi Sophie,
for me, the sorting arrows for “Nom de refuge” are visible just fine. Don’t forget that they appear on the right side of the column, not on the left of the words.
Everything works fine for me in the table in your link from above.
Regards,
Tobias
AHHH Ok SORRY
Thanks
Have a good day
Sophie
Hi,
no problem, you are very welcome! 🙂 Good to hear that this helped!
Sorry that I could not help better with those JavaScript problems. I still hope that TablePress is useful for you, even without these Extensions.
Best wishes,
Tobias
P.S.: In case you haven’t, please rate TablePress here in the plugin directory. Thanks!
