Table padding

On my page you’ll notice a gap between the links and the actual banner posted. I’m hoping to eliminate this gap or at least narrow it. I’d like the link closer to the banners – ideally.

What can I do?

Right now the table is set to cellpadding and cellspacing =”0″, so I’m out of ideas.
