The plugin is already compatible with AMP.
The tab content will not appear in tabs when viewed in the AMP format as the additional CSS and JS will not be loaded, but all of the content will be shown on the page with the tab titles as headings.

Hey Cubecolour,
I have a question/suggestion. Would it be possible to use the amp-accordion to create the tabs for the AMP version – https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-accordion
I mean if you could find a way to integrate this into the plugin, and basically give us an option for AMP, I would be willing to pay for this option!
Anyway, I like you plugin and I do recommend it to everyone that asks me!
