Hi,
Your site seems to be ok now.
Let me know if you still have problems.
The thing with FTP is not related to the theme, and sometimes may work. It has something to do with the settings for encoding.
Thank you,
Rodica
Yes, I changed the theme through phpmyadmin then re-installed through the WordPress dashboard as suggested,
thank you Rodica!

Now I can’t see the website and neither can acess the wp admin, I have tried to desable all the plugins from the cpanel without any result I’m not sure if this is the thing to do anyway. need help please
Thank you !
Hi,
Delete the theme using cPanel and install again and it will working again. 🙂
Or you can also download the theme and replace jetpack.php and ribbon.php file with it. 🙂

Hardeep

I am a novice and was trying to edit the header.php code for wp_nav_menu so that my navigation bar would appear in different languages when selected through the Polylang plugin. I edited the code incorrectly, however, and now only get this message when I try to open my website: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas10_data01/07/2630507/html/wp-content/themes/TESSERACT-Master_Branch/header.php on line 139”
My theme is Tesseract and my website is http://www.trabalinguas.com.
How can I correct this error on line 139 in header.php? I wish I had copied the original code for wp_nav_menu, but I forgot!
