syntax error

    Help!

    the following error is displayed when I visit my site or when i try to login to wordpress.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘?’ in /home3/projectx/public_html/wp-content/themes/raindrops/functions.php on line 1

    my website is pinellasbusinessdirectory.com and I cannot even log in to wordpress! Someone please help me fix this.

    If you put your functions.php file into a pastebin and post a link to it, someone might be able to help.
