Syncing WordPress desktop and mobile

Hi

I am having trouble with syncing of content between wordpress desktop and mobile. Usually, what I have noticed is this: Whenever I save any posts on desktop, they almost always never get synced on the mobile app. Kind of beats the whole point doesnt it? My content is usually a mess trying to work on the two channels.

Is there someone who can help me fix this?
