• Hi,

    I’m having a problem with the iPhone app, it’s not aligned with the website’s product inventory.

    For example: sometimes the app shows that a product is in stock while the website says it’s out of stock. The opposite is also true, or there are differences in quantity.

    The website is correct, but the app doesn’t seem to be up to date.

    Any solutions?

    I understand how confusing it can be when the inventory shown in the mobile app doesn’t match what appears on the website.

    In most cases, this happens when the WooCommerce mobile app is not fully synced with the site data or is displaying cached information.

    Please try logging out of the app and then logging back in to see if the inventory sync updates correctly.

    If the issue persists, I recommend deleting the app from your iPhone and reinstalling it again. This helps clear any cached data that may be causing outdated inventory information to appear.

    Additionally, please confirm the following setting on your site:

    WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory

    • Stock management is enabled
    • Inventory updates correctly after orders are placed
