Sync Buttons Aren’t Executing

    The Square account is connected. I can see and choose my store from the account locations. However, it doesn’t seem to want to sync.

    On the “Update” tab of the Square settings within WooCommerce, the “Next Sync” field just displays a null line “–“. If I click the “Sync Now” button in the WordPress dashboard, it just reloads the page without doing anything regarding beginning a sync process.

    On the “Settings” tab of the Square settings within WooCommerce, if I try to click the “Import all products from Square” button, it retargets the page and actually shows the link as “……admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=square&section#”

    I’m using the Flatsome theme, for which I am not aware of any compatibility issues.

    I have enabled logging, however these instances are not generating any error logs.

    System Status Report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs related to Square (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    While there is a log titled “square-2024-01-15-de9f1cceea24629438433a690d33d81d.log”, I do not see any fatal error logs for Square

    Thanks for sharing additional information. I’ve checked the system status reports for your site, and everything looks good to me.

    However, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Sometimes, old cached data can interfere with the syncing process. Please clear your site and browser cache and try again.
    2. Try in incognito or another browser.
    3. Try disabling other plugins temporarily to see if any of them might be causing a conflict with the WooCommerce Square plugin.
    4. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Square account to WooCommerce.

    If you’ve tried all the above and the issue persists, it would be helpful to enable WP debugging. This can provide more detailed error messages that can guide us to the root cause of the problem.
