Sync Audio playback with slideshow

Not sure if I asked too much, it is a great plugin, and thanks a lot for your quick response.

I asked to add audio playback with slide show before, and it was resolved very nicely.

Now I would ask if it is possible to start the audio playback immediately when slideshow is started, with a single press of link or button?
