Symlinks for multiple domains?

    Hello,

    I have a WordPress installation that’s running on a .com domain. (A currently German and English website).
    I’m trying to move all the German content to our .de domain to make things easier for our German visitors.
    Both WordPress’s are installed on the same server. (Which means I can ssh to the server, cp, mv … everything on the server)

    To make things *a lot* easier for me, I was wondering whether it would be possible to have a symlink from one domain going to the other to help me keep both installations up-to-date?! Like /plugins or /themes or would it be even possible to symlink the root directory of either installation?
