Switching domain names

We are in the process of switching our domain name, http://www.shilohumc.com,
from v-churches and enom to bluehost. We created a new WordPress site, named http://www.shilohumcdelhi.com during the building phase. Today I called bluehost to find out what I needed to do to get http://www.shilohumc.com to point to the new WordPress site. He told me to change the WP address and site address in WordPress, so I did that. Now I can’t find http://www.shilohumcdelhi.com, and the old site still comes up when I put in http://www.shilohumc.com Can you help me figure out what I have done wrong?
