I don’t know. We have added some multi lingual support but you may be the first person to try MyBookTable in a Right to Left layout. Let us know if it works. If it doesn’t work can you post screenshots?

You can see that the plug-in works correctly but the layout stills LTR & some words (like: author, genre, moreinfo, etc.) must be translated.

I have good news and bad news:
Bad News: I’m afraid we don’t have any experience with RTL layouts and languages. So making MyBookTable RTL compatible will be tricky for us.
Good News: MyBookTable is open source. Most of our international features were added by folks like you as commits to the GitHub for MyBookTable. You can find MyBookTable on GitHub at https://github.com/authormedia/mybooktable
