    Hi,

    I purchased the pro version of this plug-in last week and asked a question via the support option. Unfortunately, I’ve not had a reply.

    I’ve come here to see if the forum is still active and it looks like it is 🙂

    Does anyone know if there’s a known issue with the support at the moment? Or does anyone know of a better way of liaising with the plug-in authors?

    Thanks for reaching out through the support forum.

    I would like to let you know that, the support team was on the Eid vacation and has just joined from tomorrow. As we are under a huge ticket pressure after the vacation it might take few time to respond to the tickets. Although you can expect the reply on your ticket any time soon. Kindly look forward to it.
