Not sure what happend there. We sure do not use Norwegian language in the plugin.
Could you share your product feed url with us so we can have a look?
Please also share at what product we should look at in the feed. Share an id, title or gtin number of the affected product.

I think i worded that a bit wrong, in the description of the product the letter “ø” is used since it is written in Norwegian. Personally i couldn’t see anything else wrong right away and it wouldn’t be the first time æøå caused problems for anyone with computers.

We do encapsulated the title and other text fields in CDATA but that is not enough to solve the encoding issue.
