Support email not working

    Hi,

    Does anyone know if there is a different email support address, as support team support@photocrati.com email is not working.

    Three attempts over the last couple of weeks to get a reply to a billing issue/query from Photocrati without success, and its unusual for a company not to want to get paid.

    All suggestions welcomed, thanks.
