Try adding following CSS in the “Custom CSS” option at Super Socializer > General Options page in admin area:
form#commentform p.comment-form-author, form#commentform p.comment-form-email, form#commentform p.comment-form-url{display:block!important}
Thanks for coming back i have added the CSS code you provided however that did not resolve the issue the lables are still missing from the text boxes i have left the code.
The comments labels in the text boxes show for a second during loading but then disappear once the page is finished loading.
You might want to try social comments plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/heateor-social-comments instead. You can disable Social Commenting feature from Super Socializer > Social Commenting options page after installing this.
