Super transition slideshow plugin

I have set up WordPress in a “wordpress” folder in the root directory. So in making the site I view http://www.eastonems.com/wordpress

Now I want to make the site “live” so I do the necessary changes so when you go to http://www.eastonems.com it is the new wordpress site.

Everything works except the slideshow plugin. I have tried to edit the php file as follows:

wp-content/plugins/super-transition-slideshow/
to
wordpress/wp-content/plugins/super-transition-slideshow/

But that didn’t work. Any suggestions?
