Super Cache will NOT Work :(

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling per Gator’s instructions and I think my WP super cache still isn’t working correctly.

When I do the quick test under the “easy” tab it says everything is working fine, but when I run the debugger and then visit my site from another computer (not logged in) I get this string:
