Subtotal and Total not adding up

    Hi,

    I’ve had a very confusing problem this morning. A customer ordered two prints which came to a total of £16. These each are attributed to flat rate shipping which is charged at £1.50.
    However they were then charged £6 for shipping. WHich should give a total of £22, however they were charged £28?

    Has this happened to anyone else, please can you explain?

    Where did you enter your flat rate shipping prices – is it in the general shipping area (Sunshine > Settings > Shipping) or for each individual product?
