Subscriptions not being received

Hello, I really like your plugin but I’m having a problem with subscriptions to topics and posts.

I’v read and done all testing recommended in the post at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-getting-notifications-of-new-topic-or-post/

I know that mail is working because I got an email asking me to confirm that I wanted to subscribe and I did confirm. But I am not getting the notifications of the new posts that I subscribed to.
