Subscription upgrades

    is there any mechanism for dealing with subscription upgrades.
    For example. I a user has paid for subscription package 1 at a cost of £10 and wishes to upgrade to subscription package 2, normally costing £15 – the upgrade price should be the difference between the two £5 not the full £15
