Subscription issues

A few people have told me that they have been experiencing issues with subscribing to my blog. I’m not sure what I have done wrong? I have a classic subscription box at the right side of my blog (where readers can put their email in) and I also have a simple floating follow button at the right hand of my website. It seems like neither are working. Please help. I’m new to this.
