Subscriber user enable plugin and theme uploads

    Hi!

    Im wondering if a subscriber user in a wordpess multisite can upload plugins and themes?
    I need each of my clients ( subscribers ) to be able to upload plugins and themes.
    I can not find anything about that on google…
