subscriber cannot update profile

Hi, i got a problem with the subscribers account they have acces to their profile in the admin (and only to their profile not the dashboard) but when they click on Update profile button they get this message

“You attempted to access the “Namesite” dashboard, but you do not currently have privileges on this site. If you believe you should be able to access the “Namesite” dashboard, please contact your network administrator.”

The author have not this problem when they access and update their profile (but they have access to more stuff in the admin).

Why the subscriber have this message.

His anyome have a clue about this?
