Subscribe2 Installation Issue

    5.01 Installation Question.
    Following the instructions, Step 3. “Click the “Settings” admin menu link, and select “Subscribe2″.”

    I do not see inside of “Settings” the admin panel link on the left hand margin below “Tools” any where to select “Subscribe2”.
    I have expanded all options w/in “Settings” to locate this item.
    The Plugin was activated.
