Submit does nothing

The submit button does nothing. It just highlights it like its a mousedown without the mouseup. I’ve disabled all plugins, tested on local machine and a separate hosted server but for some reason it won’t work on this Dreampress server. I have another site on Dreampress with a nearly identical setup and it works fine. I’ve reinstalled. I’ve disabled any additional JS i have associated with it. I’ve also contacted Dreamhost and they can’t seem to figure it out either. Initially we thought it was a caching issue but we disabled all caching with no luck. They think it’s the plugin. The site’s got email. I tried the override with an email on that domain. I also tried recaptcha which didn’t work. It kept telling me I had the wrong letters. For the life of me I can’t figure this out. Any ideas? v4.4.4
