Submit comment/reply on Cmd Enter

In the Edit Comments page of the backend, it would be handy if Cmd+Enter would submit the contents of the ‘reply’ textarea, rather than having to tab to the Submit button or click on it. This is becoming standard practice for simple form submissions in browser-based apps in a social context.
