    Hi,

My client has installed your widget onto their site but they’ve run into a small issue which I just can’t figure out as to why this is happening.

The submit text won’t show up on the widgets in the footer of the site. I’ve had a look through the setting and everything seems to be setup properly. The button does work, It’s just the test that doesn’t show up no matter what I try.

The site is capetowncomedy.com if that would help if anyone needs to inspect to see what the issue is.

    Thank you for your time,
    Kyle

    Hey Hellhound,

I checked out your site and I see where it allows you to submit information through your form, but the ‘Submit’ text for the button is not visible. I took a look at the source code, and it looks like some of the theme’s css is applying styles to the submit button, causing the text to not render. Removing that css file in a test environment fixed the issue.

In this case, either editing the theme’s css to not target that submit button or changing to a more compatible theme should do the trick.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, and have a good day!
