submit button results in error

After filling out my form i get the url example.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php as a page and this page simply has a 0 on it.

I think I may have to do with me changing my admin URL. from wp-admin to something else.

Which files in the plugin folder should i change to get this changed.
