Submit button not working

    I have noticed that the Submit (‘Send’) is no longer working. When clicking on the button nothing happens. I have checked the settings and I cannot seem to resolve the issue. The plugin (4.9.1) and WordPress (4.9.1) are up to date.

    Strangely enough, when I preview the page while logged into WordPress then the ‘Send’ button works. But when I logout and try to click ‘Send’ (Firefox & Safari) then nothing happens!

    Can anyone please offer any advice?
