Submit Button in 1.3.0

I only noticed this after updating to 1.3.0, but I can’t say for sure that this behavior didn’t exist before. The positioning of the submit button doesn’t seem quite right. In the biggest browser width, it’s centered (which is fine), in tablet sized width, it’s right aligned, and in phone sized width, the button is full width (also fine), but it’s not centered. It appears to be anchored to the wrong div on the left maybe? I’d post a link but I’m working on localhost.
