Submit button doesn’t work

Hello,

I’ve searched for similar issues on the forum but couldn’t find a solution to my problem so here’s my post. (Sorry if my writing isn’t perfect, english isn’t my first language).
Since last wordpress update, I’ve had an issue with my contact forms. First I realized that the captcha didn’t appear anymore. And also, that the submit button didn’t work anymore. I’ve deleted the captcha option but it changed nothing.
When I click on submit button, nothing happens. No spinning wheel, no confirmation… Nothing.

Somebody with a similar issue suggested to put <p> and </p> around the different field names, but it didn’t work for me.

I’m no expert so I’m a bit lost about what to do.
