Submissions going to wrong email

I have two contact forms on my website, both that have the settings directed at one specific email for submissions. It’s the same email that the admin email is on the wordpress overall.

One of the contact forms is going to the correct email, while another is still being sent to the email that was under use previously. Does it take a specific time to update or is there something that I can be doing?
