Sub pages not showing

I had my site designed (http://www.musicliveuk.com) but now I want to add sub pages under the ‘live-acts’ page of my site with categories of bands. I can create the pages in wordpress easily enough but they don’t appear under ‘live-acts’ in my header. What code do I need to make them show up? I am new to wordpress as you can probably tell!
