Sub Page Question

I have sub pages and they are showing just fine but my question is how would I go about getting the sub pages to show when viewing one of the sub pages themselves? To see what I mean go to http://harold4council.org/talking-points. You’ll see 8 sub pages listed. If you click on one of the sub pages the rest go away. I’m assuming this is normal. What I want to do is have the sub pages show even when viewing a sub page itself. Hopefully I am making sense. Probably something simple but my searches on here and on Google aren’t giving me the answer. I could very well be searching for the wrong terms but that’s why I ended up posting the question here.
