Me too… but only now, it wasn’t so some weeks ago.
Maybe due to WordPress upgrade?
mine’s even worse: no menu items displayed@all:-\ inspecting page shows menu items, but all have href=current page. downgrading also fixes it…

In the meanwhile I’ve solved downgrading to WPtouch 3.8.9
https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wptouch.3.8.9.zip
Downgrading is the answer for sure. That’s what I did. They I don’t believe did a very good job gathering requirements, or testing.
but my other 3 websites don’t have this problem with the latest, only http://letartliveon.com/
Maybe is also related to WordPress version?
I had the same problem with latest wptouch and WP 4.4.1 , and the way I resolved it was by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and then for each item in the Menu Structure I hit the dropdown arrow and used the “Change Icon” buttons to re-choose the icons, and then re-saved the menu.
Maybe a different source of problem than yours, but maybe this post will help someone.
yes, it does seem to be related to menu icons. i turned off icons in wpt prefs, and in customize>menu>menu location, this field
WPtouch: Header Menu
was set to blank; resetting to –select– fixed the problem. then re-enabling icons in wpt>menu restored all icons, didn’t need to reset 1×1:-)
