Sub Menu Items Not Being Created

    For some reason my sub menu items are not being created anymore, they were fully working before updating WP and the Theme. I’m using the OptimizePress theme, and inside their live editor the sub menu is working as intended.

    When I inspect the code, the item that should have sub-items doesn’t even have the ‘has-children’ class, but inside the Live Editor they show normaly.

    What can I do to fix this issue? I’ve ran out of ideas and google searches.

    I’m still trying to figure it out why wordpress is not creating the sub menu in the actual page. No success so far :\

    It does seem like a problem with the theme? Did you try temporarily switching to TwentyFifteen or TwentySixteen to see if the submenus show as normal? If so, then you will know it is either a plugin or theme compatibility issue.

    No I didn’t try that. I will do that, but if the theme is really the problem I will still need to fix it, because it was working fine before.

    If it is a theme issue, then you should contact the theme developer for support. They are the best people to provide help.
