Sub-folder Installation Issue

    I have an environment that has multiple WordPress installations on one domain. There’s one in the root, and then about 5 separate installations in sub-folders (I have no control over these, so please save the Multisite lecture, I wish I could). I’m trying to add another install, and no matter what I name the sub-folder, I get a 404 error trying to navigate to the folder to install WP. I’ve never had this issue before and I’m not sure what would be causing it? Any suggestions? I’m guessing it has something to do with the root install of WP, but my searching isn’t turning up anything.

    Also, here is my mod rewrite, which works for the other sub-folders:
