Sub Categories And Comments Help Needed

It took me a while but I think I finally figured out how to implement my first ever blob 🙂 However I have a couple of questions that I have been unsuccessful in finding answers too. The first is in regards to categories: I have offered one Primary Category and Two Sub Categories but if you look at the following url they appear as if they are all primary categories and not a primary and 2 subs. Is there any way I can have my 2 sub categories (Chassis Set-Up & Tire Pressures) be indexed so it appears to be a sub category? i.e. if they were tabbed a bit from the primary cat then it would look like they were subs… 2)On the main page I only want to provide the readers with the main post (the one for The Set-Up) and not the other post that are from the sub categories. How can i go about doing this as well? thanks for all your help and hopefully I’ll figure out this content management stuff soon….heh The link is below to the blob:
