Styling Front-end management pages

Again thanks for all your fabulous work.

I am in the final throws of the site design etc and have created the front end page for ‘editing my events’. I remember a shortcode being mentioned somewhere so that I could style the page via normal word press and the shortcode [contenthere] which looks something like this would add the events table data automatically.

Do you have any direction or know which shortcode would add the ‘edit my events’ fields so that I can progress to completion, please?
