Would you please give us a link to the site with the problem?
That’s odd, everything looks fine over here.

You are experiencing some rather high load times though, so perhaps your browser is just giving up (timing out) before loading everything?
As far as load is concerned, the biggest offender appears to be http://tlslandarch.com/wptest/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Art-Walk-During-the-Fall.jpg which is 5616 × 3744 pixels in size (almost 2x larger than most monitors support) and 19.5 MB (about 76% of your website’s total size). Decreasing the image’s size by half (either by physically scaling it down or simply applying some image compression) will be a huge help.

The thing is that’s not what it looked like before. I don’t have a screenshot of how it looked though. Also, under projects, several projects are missing. When I go into my media library anything I uploaded the past 24 hours or so is gone.
Did you ever customize the theme by directly editing the theme’s files? If so, did you create a child theme first?

Oh, and a second question, would you say that both the missing theme changes and projects were added within the last 24 hours too?
The projects were added in the last 24 hours but the theme changes were made weeks ago. All theme customization I did via the Select Themes plugin. I don’t think I created a child theme first.
Ok, at the moment my working theory for the media and projects is that something happened with your site or hosting account, and your hosting provider restored a backup. You’ll need to contact them to confirm.
As for the plugin, I can’t find any plugin named “Select Themes”. Where did you get it from?
I guess the plugin is actually called Select Core. When I purchased the theme, it came with that, WPBakery Visual Composer, and LayerSlider WP. The “Capri” theme was purchased from Select Themes.
I will get in touch with my hosting provider.
Ok, since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
