To investigate the issue, I recommend checking the order status of the students who lost access to the courses. It’s possible that the order status may have changed, causing the students to lose access.

The order status does not change, it remains finalized. I also tried updating it manually – from pending to finalized. It doesn’t seem to fix it. Only when I make a new order does the student regain access.

Based on your description, we’re still unsure of the exact cause of this issue. However, you don’t necessarily need to create a new order to restore access for the affected users. You can manually assign the course to those users through LearnPress Tools by following this path:
LearnPress Tools -> Assign/Unassigned Course
If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will work on finding a more permanent solution for you.
