Stuck on “Submitting…” message android device

    Hello, I have trouble with my form on android device.

    I precise that “redirection option” is deactivated, so my issue seems different from this one :

    On android device with default browser (android 6.0.1 / Android System WebView), when I send a message from my form, page is stuck on “Submitting…” message.
    Progression bar stopped on the first quarter.

    Message is properly sent, but given that user does not have any confirmation, he could think that message was not sent.

    Hi, did you clear your android browser cache? When did you notice this issue? Was it working before? Did you update any other plugin or theme?

    Hello, Thanks for your answer!

    I’ve updated my android device this evening, and done two other tests: and now it seems work properly… So I can’t reproduce that issue at present.

    I’ve noticed this issue this morning and it was my first test with an android device.

    So I think my statut is actually resolved, but I am worried about not knowing why it happened…

    Hi, issues like this one is not easy to track.

    However always keep this in mind.

    1. Remember that Android and iOS operating systems are constantly getting updated.
    2. Some devices in this case your device might also have some hardware and or software issues.
    3. Some apps don’t work well with other apps or the with the current operating system.

    The above is just some steps to help you keep your mobile device up to speed and updated.
