Stuck after additional settings

    When I add the next code, to the additional settings::

    on_sent_ok: “ga(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘Contact Form’, ‘submit’);”

    The arrows keep on spinning after submit/send the form, it’s stuck.

    When I delete this additional setting, it works again.

    What can I do to fix this?

    After empty the caches it does send, but there is no confirmation for the customer.
