Ok, I just emailed the debug mode. Noticed the Dec. 16th payment was not processed on my credit card and shows this message inside stripe:
This draft invoice was generated by a subscription. It can be edited until your integration responds or in 3 days.
I’ll notify you once the payment/if the payment is processed and would you like me to paste the log files or anything specific you’d like to see?
Typo above: I “enabled” debug not emailed 🙂

Yes, paste the log file information here but make sure no private information/links are revealed in the logs.

When I click the link to view the debug log file it leads to a blank page. Nothing displays. I shows the full url path with http://mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/simple-membership/log.txt. but there is no content showing.
I can also say that Stripe did not process the following subscription payment due yesterday. Nor does it show on my credit card.

Yes, it was easy using the plugin and setting it up. Created buttons and tested successfully a one time payment product and tested a subscription product where the initial payment was successfully processed but no future payments were processed.

Will you update this thread or shall I have direct communication with them? I really need to know if this plugin will work with stripe for subscriptions as my site is 2 days from going live. I have to make some hard decisions. I know many others expressed it won’t work on their site at all for this purpose. Really hoping this isn’t the case.

FYI: Stripe processed the next subscription payment but the web hook error is still being produced. I included this info in the ticket.

It has done this for a couple days.
I can report that two more subscription payments have been processed properly by Stripe. I created a Live subscription product with a 2 days billing cycle. It seems each payment processed is approx. 2 days late but the payments are being completed.
Only issue is the webhook endpoint error
