We don’t support commercial products. The theme name “adventure” is also the name of a commercial theme. That was my reason behind the theme check.

The issue with your link; what is the URL you’re giving a typical hyperlink? I think it needs to start with http:// if you don’t want it to append to the URL.

i’ve checked it again and i cannot see any “commercial” word in link i’ve given. its free and i think the problem is not related with theme.
i have updated from version 3.5 to 3.5.1 after updating i am unable to insert images into post and infect pictures are not uploaded into post any suggetions

Don’t worry, your theme is available on WordPress.org. That means it is not a commercial theme and is viable for support from these forums.
