It looks like a authorization issue, as that is the default WordPress message when a user does not have the right permissions or when a nonce can’t be verified. Sometimes this happens when an admin screen has been opened for too long (e.g. if you left the window open when the computer went to sleep).
Can you confirm that the problem persists when refreshing the screen?
Did the problem just show up recently?
Did you update or activate any other plugin before it started happening?

I have refreshed and tried from multiple authors with the same result. It showed up a while ago, but I’m just now reporting (was hoping it would be fixed with an update). I’m not sure if the timing coincides with another plugin.
Would it be possible for you to create an admin user for support [at] dev.institute?
Then I will gladly take a personal look and see what’s going on.

If you add a new condition group, and you refresh the page after getting the error, you’ll notice an empty condition group. This means some of the data is being saved, and the process is interrupted midway.
If you deactivate the plugin, AdSense Integration WP QUADS PRO, everything works fine. So I assume that plugin is overriding something, but I don’t know why.
I suggest you contact the developer of that plugin and let them know of this issue. You can refer them to this thread, and I’ll gladly help them fix it.
