Store on Website

I’m thinking of getting a store together—just to sell a few knicknacks related to my site: coffee mugs, t-shirts, etc. Any recommendations on how I’d go about doing this? Specifically:

what should I use to create a form in which people can fill out their information, and will it be secure?

How shall I process payments? I assume I’ll do that through Paypal but I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask.
