    We were testing the free version of the Sliced Invoices / Woo Invoice plugin and all was going well. We imported our customers / users (12k of them) to WooCommerce / Word Press, and after we did, both the Sliced Invoices / Woo Invoices plugin don’t work properly.
    Whenever we click on Quotes or Invoices in the left menu, we simply get a blank page instead of a list of Quotes etc.
    Any ideas how to resolve this? We really want to use this plugin, but it seems to have broken with the addition of our user / customer list.

    Wanted to add to this. It appears to be memory related. I increased the “WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT” in the wp-config.php and it started working again, but it is VERY slow to show the list of Quotes / Invoices. Seems having a lot of customer / users doesn’t work well with your plugin.
    Any suggestions?

    Could you please give more details:

    • WooInvoices plugin version
    • Wp version
    • Current WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT value
    • What number of customers do you have?

    And also please note that some compatibility issues could happen with the latest version of Woo Invoices (will be fixed in nearest releases of SI)

    I have since removed your plugin(s) and went with another solution, but in short, I added 12,000 users / customers. When I did, the plugin (clicking on Quotes or Invoices in the left menu) would run out of memory (memory was set to 512MB) and show a blank page. I increased the memory limit to 1024MB. The links then worked, but it would take 60-80 seconds to return a list of quotes or invoices.
    Both plugins were the latest versions, WordPress 4.7.3.

    Thank you very much for the details. It’s not a common case to handle >12k users but this is interesting and important point.
    We’ll definitely take care of plugin improvement in order to fix that.
