• Hi!
I am using a new theme, namely iNove 1.4.6. The website in construction is http://eczemacure.skincare-service.com/ and the problem that I am having is about the static home page. I wish to make the defaulted theme home page as static and have all my post in “my blog” or create more pages. I prefer not to create a new home page as static.
I appreciate if you good and clever people can tell me how.
    Many thanks!

    Dashboard > Settings > Reading >

Front page displays a static page > select a page you would like to use.

Select a page for your posts: Post page = “My Blog”

    Save changes.

Your home page is now the static page you chose, and your blog posts will now show on the “My Blog” page.

    Hi
    New theme name:iNove 1.4.6.
Thanks for your reply. I may not have explained myself properly. I have already gone through the above process. I did create my static page and ended up with two home page on my navbar. When i disabled the theme home page (the one with the house icon) the static home page i created was pushed out of the page and part went into the background. I didn’t like that.
What i really wish to do, if this is possible, is to turn the theme home page itself into a static page. I know this could be a little tricky because you can only create/insert post in it. It’s not an item that you can find in “Dashboard >>’Pages'”

I hope you can see my problem.
    Thanks in advance!
